All Children and Young People will have new experiences and face challenges in life, which is just a normal part of growing up. However, sometimes these can feel overwhelming, and at those times counselling can help give perspective and space to process these in a healthy way.

Welcome

Each child is different, and through a person-centred approach I create a safe and nurturing, therapeutic space to explore and understand thoughts and feelings. I offer weekly one-to-one counselling sessions with Children and Young People aged 3-25 years old in a creative therapeutic space in Chelmsford. I employ age-appropriate methods, that may combine talk therapy with creative arts therapy to build a trusting relationship and safe space for someone to express themselves fully.

I believe all feelings are valid, and in understanding why we feel as we do, we can accept who we are and pass through challenging times to restore emotional wellbeing. By developing greater self-awareness and self-esteem, we can develop better relationships with those around us, and find news ways of managing difficult feelings and situations.
